- Who can rent from ALTERNATE Rental?
- Only companies with a registered office in Belgium. We check your VAT number automatically via VIES.
- Are the prices including VAT?
- No, all prices are excluding VAT. The VAT is shown separately in your cart and on the invoice.
- How do I pay?
- Online with Bancontact or card, or on invoice if you are a regular business customer.
- Is there a deposit?
- For some products we ask for a deposit. You see the amount on the product page and in your cart, and you pay it together with your order. The full rules are in the general terms and conditions.
- Do you deliver too?
- Pick-up at our showroom in Aartselaar is free. Delivery, with or without on-site installation, is priced individually through a quote.
